Ankhara are back with their new EP “De Aquí a la Eternidad” due out on October 20th, 2023, via Art Gates Records.
Ankhara started recording this new EP earlier this year with Raúl Abellán at The Mixtery and we can finally discover some great details of what’s coming.
The artwork has been designed by Jose Antonio Vives and in words of the band represents:
“This cover and the EP are a tribute to the people we have lost in these last years and who we miss so much. Jose Antonio Vives already did the cover of our previous work and he has done a fantastic cover, darker than the previous one and with a bit of sad hill or western vibe that we love”.
Tracklist:
1.Tu Verdad
2. Into The Pit
3. La Tierra de los Sueños
4. Soy el Fuego
5. Lagrimas
This is how Ankhara define their new sound on this album:
“Our sound follows the evolution already established in Sinergia and continued in Premonición. It is very powerful heavy metal with an even more powerful and modern sound and with Pacho Brea’s characteristic melodies.
There are surprises like the version of a track that we wanted to cover long time ago, ‘Into the pit’ by Fight or the surprising collaborations of two great international artists that we will unveil soon… It’s a great pleasure that these two giants have wanted to collaborate with us”!
