“Blend of Gothenberg melodeath with a dirtier breed of US thrash metal” – Decibel Magazine
Hard-hitting and unrelenting, Assimilator comes storming out of Indiana with a powerful sound and a taste for touring the underground metal scene. The band is rapidly building a name for themselves as road warriors grinding across the country in the name of the next sick show.
Assimilator is comprised of veterans from the Midwest death metal scene and, are from a different sonic ancestry from many of their contemporaries. Calling back to a time when speed and brutality went hand in hand, offering blackened riffs to the metal gods.
Assimilator has completed three tours across 14 states, played Full Terror Assault, and opened for the likes of Deicide, Obituary, and Suicide Silence to name a few. This is a band who are striving to deliver the complete package with the drive to achieve what they desire.
