Prepare for an extraordinary night of metal mayhem and theatrical mastery as Avatar announces their highly anticipated US headline tour in November & December 2025.
The tour promises to be a unique and captivating experience, inviting fans to step into a world where the boundaries between music and performance art are blurred, and the sonic landscape is painted with the vibrant colors of metal excellence.
Avatar’s 2025 tour is not just a concert; it’s a journey through the band’s discography, showcasing their ability to deliver powerful performances that transcend the traditional norms of a live show. Known for their intense stage presence and genre-defying sound, Avatar continues to push the boundaries of what a metal concert can be, and this tour is set to be a testament to their innovation in the metal genre.
Moreover the band has released a new music video for the new song “Captain Goat”. Watch the video below.
“I think it will be very clear to people hearing ‘Captain Goat’ that the rules once again have changed”, states frontman Johannes Eckerström, perhaps referring to the song’s use of sea shanty-like chants.
“It will always be metal. It will always be Avatar”, Eckerström continues. “We will never do the same song twice and we will always find ways to reinvent ourselves. It’s the only way we know how to do this, and the only way to give ourselves a shot at being the best we have ever been”.
Don’t miss the chance to be part of this night of theatrical brilliance. Ticket sales for the 2025 tour are now open, and fans are encouraged to secure their spots early. Whether you’ve been a devoted Avatar enthusiast or are just discovering the band’s genre-defying sound, this tour promises a night of metal mayhem, theatrical mastery, and an unforgettable celebration of the artistry that defines Avatar.

Comments the band:
“Everything we have done is impossible. We set unattainable goals against insurmountable odds. We aren’t supposed to be here, we just keep getting away with it.
The past few years have been a dream. What we have done on stage and how many we have done it in front of, goes beyond anything we have the right to ask for. Any sensible person would submit to the fact that there is nowhere to go from here but down.
We are not sensible people.
What we have in store for you, what we are committing to achieve in this new era of Avatar will put everything that has happened up until this point to shame. We have been given so much and we are only just starting to be able to return the favor. We don’t deserve you, but when we are done with you this time, we will. The flame burns brighter than ever. When you come out and see us, you will understand. Don’t miss it.
This new era on US soil will be joined by our friends Alien Weaponry and SpiritWorld. These incredible bands bring thunderous energy, raw power, and unforgettable performances every night. Let’s be sure to give them the grand circus welcoming and show them exactly why YOU are the best of the best”.
