Today, Jim Peterik & World Stage are proud to announce their new studio album, “River of Music: The Power of Duets Vol. 2”, set for release on December 12th, 2026, via Frontiers Music Srl. Celebrating the announcement, the band also shares the first single, “Back in the Day”, alongside an official music video, available below.

“I’m so excited about the release of the first single from my new ‘River of Music: The Power of Duets Vol. 2’ release. ‘Back in the Day’ is one of my favorite tracks. It’s really a thrill to share the stage and vocals with my super talented son Colin Peterik. The song is a nostalgic look back at my younger days. ‘We’d make the weekend last till early Monday morn’! Ah yes those were the days. ‘When life gets too predictable we say- meet you back- back in the day’! The video for the song was created by the amazing Greg Bizzaro who always catches the essence of every song. Hope you enjoy these moments of our youth as much as we enjoyed re- living them! Stumbling back to school I remain”.
