Maerzfeld “Alles anders cover“Alles anders” is the deliberately striking title of the new Maerzfeld studio album. “Alles anders will be released on February 24th, 2023, via Metalville Records.

The world is no longer the same as it was 3 years ago and also for the musicians there were formative experiences and associated changes, which are processed in the new songs and allow an often very personal insight into the emotional life of the individual artists.

You can hear and feel a mixture of depression, hope, anger, despair, joy and courage.

Maerzfeld makes it clear right at the beginning of the album with the title song that the band is curious about the future and understands change as a chance to break with habits.

Therefore, “Alles anders” (everything is different) in a positive sense.

Since their foundation in 2009, the band from Nuremberg has continuously conquered a steadily growing fan base.

The band’s name is derived from the March Field, which served as an army assembly point under the Merovingians. The name is also meant to symbolize a field that has to be worked and tended every year in March. The band sees this as a metaphor for life, in which one can only achieve one’s goals through effort and work.

“Alles anders” was produced together by Maerzfeld and Felix Heldt in Nuremberg.

Tracklist:
1. Alles anders
2. Wach auf
3. Bakkushan
