Black metal enthusiasts brace yourselves! Black metal force Nastergal proudly announces the digital release of their highly anticipated debut full-length album, “The Untold War”, on March 15th, 2024. This auditory masterpiece will be unleashed globally via Wormholedeath.
Following the resounding success of their EP, “Solitude”, unveiled to the world in 2022 under the Wormholedeath banner, Nastergal continues their sonic saga with their debut full-length album. A dark and enigmatic opus, “The Untold War” emerges as an ode to existential turmoil, drawing inspiration from the profound wisdom encapsulated within Friedrich Nietzsche’s seminal work, “Thus Spoke Zarathustra”.
“We are grateful to work with such a dedicated label to make ‘The Untold War’ a worldwide reality”, expressed the band. “This album is an extension of our musical journey, delving deeper into the depths of philosophical introspection and raw emotional intensity”.
Nastergal is an international black metal band formed by Jacques Valentyn (guitars) and Riaan Coertze (drums), that expanded their lineup with Marco Toba (bass) and Evgen Zoidze (vocals). Their music, inspired by various extreme metal acts, offers a distinctive approach to the Black Metal genre. Their latest album, “The Untold War”, follows their EP “Solitude”, delving into Zarathustra’s internal battles, exploring self-realization and the conflicts of a world filled with deception and ignorance. Inspired by Friedrich Nietzsche’s “Thus Spoke Zarathustra”, the album challenges the concept that human values stem from divine or natural sources, focusing on the hidden internal struggles we keep concealed.
