Palaye Royale Death or Glory coverElectrifying Los Angeles trio Palaye Royale today announce their highly anticipated fourth studio album “Death or Glory” – set for release on August 30th, 2024 – and share a new single and video for “Showbiz” via Sumerian Records.

Watch the official video for “Showbiz” below.

“Death or Glory”, the title of Palaye Royale’s latest album, offers an intriguing glimpse into a transformative and grandiose musical journey. As an anthem to resilience and self-discovery, “Death or Glory” embodies the band’s artistic evolution and commitment to pushing the boundaries of glam-rock art-punk & brit-pop into a sound distinctively their own. The album will feature previous single “Just My Type” as well as eleven other new songs, and will take the band to headline the legendary Wembley Arena in London on November 9th.

“Death or Glory” departs from the dizzying and ambitious world building of previous album “Fever Dream”, this album being a more traditional studio record showcasing the band’s now undeniable ability to pen an incredible alternative rock anthem, as well as their stellar musicianship.

Speaking on the album, the band adds: “‘Death or Glory’ is those split seconds of uncertainty as you are falling to the ground wondering if you will fly or hit the ground. It’s where chaos meets harmony and where we find ourselves struggling between ego and self destruction, success and desperation and last but not least death or glory”.

Palaye Royale consists of brothers Remington Leith (vocals), Sebastian Danzig (guitar), and Emerson Barrett (drums). The creation of “Death or Glory” was a cathartic return to their roots, combining their deep musical knowledge with an innovative approach. The album’s tracks were developed during a period of introspection, drawing from their extensive experience and growth as artists. Each song on the album is meticulously crafted, showcasing the band’s profound connection to their music and their fans, lovingly dubbed the Soldiers of the Royal Council.

Palaye Royale has amassed a devoted following, with over 400 million streams, 35 million+ YouTube views, and a rapidly growing global audience. Their relentless dedication to their craft and distinct visual and musical identity have set them apart as one of the most innovative acts in contemporary rock.
