Society of Villains Good & Evil EP coverThe alt-rock supergroup, Society of Villains, are thrilled to share the announcement of their upcoming sophomore EP, “Good & Evil” set for release on April 25th, 2025, via CloudKid.

In celebration of today’s announcement, the band has also released their latest single, “Daredevil”, a fierce preview of the chaos and thrill that awaits in their upcoming EP, “Good & Evil”. With a deep dive into Society Of Villains’ gritty alt-rock sound, “Daredevil” teases the explosive energy and intense atmosphere that defines the new EP. This track marks the beginning of a journey through the clash of light and dark, inviting fans to explore the tension between good and evil.

Speaking on today’s single release, the band shares:
“‘Daredevil’ channels the fearless spirit of a James Dean type, daring any listener to take risks and embrace the rush of living life on the edge. It’s the ultimate song for thrill-seekers staring danger in the face without flinching, which lends itself well to the relentless drums, atmospheric guitars, and fierce vocals that help create an unforgettable sonic landscape”.

Lifting the curtain behind today’s album announcement, the band continues:
“This EP speaks to the ones on the fringes of society who have no desire to change who they are to fit in. This EP was made for people like this: outcasts. In a similar vein, our creative process is anything but rinse and repeat. We always try to stretch the boundaries of our own boxes and ideas about what this band is”.

The masterminds behind Society of Villains are no strangers to success, having accumulated over 3.5 billion global streams across their independent production and songwriting efforts. Their distinguished solo credits feature numerous chart-topping hits, earning them multiple platinum and gold RIAA certifications along the way. With a proven track record of crafting music that resonates deeply, they’re poised to redefine the boundaries as a formidable supergroup.

As they prepare to unleash this highly anticipated EP, “Good & Evil”, the trio promise a daring exploration of the duality of human nature. The themes of the EP will echo the thoughts and emotions that shape our lives, offering a raw and honest reflection on the struggles we face while seeking balance amidst complex emotions. Each track embodies the highs and lows of existence, with Society of Villains striving to resonate with anyone who has ever grappled with the intricacies of life.

Tracklist:
1. Daredevil
2. Freaks
3. Dirty Rotten Energy
4. Good & Evil

Society of Villains is back and more dangerous than ever with their upcoming EP “Good & Evil”, out next spring. Packed with electrifying tracks that blur the line between light and dark, this next body of work promises to captivate and thrill listeners all the same. Prepare for a musical experience like no other — are you ready for the chaos?

Founded in 2023 from merciless treachery, Society of Villains was spawned. With a hunger for revenge swimming through their veins, these self-professed villains bred their collective musical tastes into a dark alt-rock infused evil brew. The super insidious group is made up of viral artist Sam Tinnesz and the multi-platinum producers Ian Brendon Scott and Mark Jackson. Their first EP dripped with villainous anthems that undoubtedly stirred up skeletons in the closet, while also offering any inductee into their society an outlet for fiery, fiendish energy. The mix of Ian and Mark’s riotous production with Sam’s sinister vocals was enough to wake the dead of any era. And it did — the band having climbed onto the US Rock Charts with lead single “Smoke & Trouble”, reaching 21 on the SMR Chart and Top 30* Activator Rock Chart. Their US radio debut impact can be summed up by Andy Herrin from 102.0 The Buz (WBUZ/Nashville), “Nothing gets me more stoked than seeing a supergroup come out of nowhere, especially when that supergroup turns out to be rad and has a sound all their own. All three members are music industry veterans and have their own careers, which is what makes Society Of Villains even more unique and special”. On top of their success at radio, the songs have also reaped considerable growth across all major DSPs within the first six months of release, garnering 6.5 million streams collectively since their debut EP earlier this year.
