With their sixth album, heavy alternative rockers Stepfather Fred transcend genre boundaries as usual and deliver an incredibly versatile album.
If songs like “Tripped my Demon” sound like Five Finger Death Punch, a Spanish guitar comes around the corner in “sVenorita”. If “Abacus” has toolesque traits and takes the listener on a depressive emotional journey, the banger “Collecting Faith” creates hope.
The alternative rockers from the Allgäu have been inspiring audiences since 2007. With their 6th studio album and the experience of over 550 live performances, they have more than earned their place in the musical landscape.
