Theory Of A Deadman is a multi-platinum Canadian rock band formed in 1999 in North Delta, British Columbia. The quartet—consisting of Tyler Connolly, Dave Brenner, Dean Back, and Joey Dandeneau—initially built a massive following through a signature blend of post-grunge, hard rock, and alternative metal.
They have earned twelve Top 10 hits on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Chart, anchored by chart-topping stadium anthems like “Bad Girlfriend”, “Hate My Life”, and the double-platinum “Not Meant to Be”. While their early material thrived on heavy riffs, the band has continually evolved their sound, incorporating pop, acoustic, and country storytelling elements. This progression is highlighted by their poignant, socially-conscious 2017 hit “Rx (Medicate)” and their latest material, including the recently released single “Barricade”.
“We cannot wait to get back to the UK & Europe to play again for some of the greatest fans on the planet! It’s been way too long”!, explains Tyler Connolly of Theory Of A Deadman.

Theory Of A Deadman have just released their hard-hitting new single, “Barricade”. Marking a new chapter for the band, comprising Tyler Connolly, Dave Brenner, Dean Back, and Joey Dandeneau, the track delivers their signature mix of gritty riffs, anthemic hooks, and unfiltered lyricism with a renewed sense of urgency. Driven by a tense, simmering energy, “Barricade” builds from restrained verses into a massive, cathartic chorus, capturing the push-and-pull emotion at the core of the song while maintaining an undeniable arena-ready punch.
