T3nors is a new special AOR project that showcases the talents of three amazing vocalists. The group comprises two of America’s most celebrated AOR singers, Robbie LaBlanc (Find Me, Blanc Faces) and Toby Hitchcock (Pride Of Lions), and Sweden’s finest, Kent Hilli (Perfect Plan). Together, they form a powerful vocal trio that promises to deliver an unforgettable musical experience. The project also includes Alessandro Del Vecchio (Edge Of Forever, Hardline, Sunstrom, etc.) on bass, additional keyboards, guitars and backing vocals, Francesco Savino (Demons Down) on guitars and Jacopo Martignoni on drums.
The album opens with the amazing & catchy “April Rain”, an AOR gem, where Toby shines on the chorus. From this point onward, each song falls perfectly into place, creating a seamless and enjoyable listening experience. Other highlights are “Naked Soul”, “Nights”, “Silent Cries”, “I Could”, “Mother Love”, “Set Fire to the Rain” and “Strength to Carry On”. The 3 bonus tracks “April Rain” (Robbie’s version), “I Could” (Toby’s version) and “Strength to Carry On” (Kent’s version) are remarkable as well.
The production is excellent, with each instrument coming through crystal clear, resulting in a full, powerful, and balanced sound. The songs are wonderfully written, with memorable melodies and catchy choruses that will have listeners singing along in no time. Also, the musicianship is superb.
