Rock fans in Madtown were ready to rock as Fozzy brought his Save The World Tour 2023. This sold-out show also featured performances from Seventh Day Slumber, Magdalene Rose, and The Nocturnal Affair, and was an amazing time for all in attendance. Beside the back story, let us dive into the nights’ event.
Nocturnal Affair out of Las Vegas started off the night. The Nocturnal Affair conjures a dark, haunting sound, with a mesmerizing blend of gothic atmospheres and alternative rock.
Magdalene Rose wasn’t what I was expecting… Calling it “Beautycore, Metalcore or whatever label you give it… It was a great beginning to the night, between Nocturnal Affair and Magdalene Rose. And not actually catching it right away, part of Magdalene Rose is the support for the next band, Seventh Day Slumber. That was a cool transition.
Seventh Day Slumber I’ve never heard of, along with Mag Rose. I wish I had more time to check out more bands like these. But, nonetheless, it was three for three. Great acts, and it just got the night moving before the headliner.
The crowd was in a frenzy as they chanted Fozzy! Fozzy! Fozzy!
Everyone felt the electricity in the air – this band knows how to get a crowd going. Fozzy had everyone moving at full speed from their first song to the last. It was clear that this was not just a performance – it was an all-out rockin’ party! Every artist in the group makes you feel that there’s a tangent that you need to focus on. Whether it’s the guitarists, bassist, drummer or Chris… Rich Ward and Billy Grey brought a no-holds-barred energy to the performance, along with their incredible guitar prowess. Even when they duel live!!! An unbelievable show!!!
Go out and support your favorite band when they come to your town. The opening acts and all the way through. Support the artists you enjoy. If it’s a photographer, podcaster, it doesn’t matter. Support their work and help support them live their dreams. Life is better when we all chase our dreams and enjoy the road we’re traveling.
